170 S. Washington St. Branch Closing FAQ

Why is this branch closing?
After much consideration, we believe our talents can provide better and more efficient service from one convenient location.

When is the branch’s last day?
The branch will close permanently at the close of business on Tuesday, April 30, 2019.

Will the branch operate normally until then?
Yes. The branch will remain open during  normal business hours for the rest of the month.

How will this affect my account?
Your account and membership with YLFCU will not be affected by this change.

Where will I be able to do my transactions after April 30, 2019?
Our office at 25 Shaffer Park Drive will become our premier location on May 1, 2019. Our entire staff will be here to assist you with any of your financial needs.

What do I do if I need an ATM?
We plan to keep our ATM downtown exactly where it is. In the event it must be moved in the future, we have every intention of keeping our ATM somewhere in downtown Tiffin for your convenience.

YLFCU is also part of the credit union CO-OP network, which means you can withdraw money with no surcharge fees from any participating ATM or visit any credit union branch that is a part of the shared branching network. Where is the 170 S. Washington St. staff going?
All employees will continue their employment with YLFCU at 25 Shaffer Park Drive.
