Coronavirus (COVID-19) News and Updates
Economic Impact Payments
The IRS is committed to helping you get your Economic Impact Payment as soon as possible. The payments, also referred to by some as stimulus payments, are automatic for most taxpayers. No further action is needed by taxpayers who filed tax returns in 2018 and 2019 and most seniors and retirees.
Health and Safety
Here at Your Legacy, our members’ and employees’ safeties are top priority. With multiple positive cases of corona-virus now confirmed in Ohio, and more each day, we have implemented preventative safety measures in our lobby at 25 Shaffer Park Drive, effective immediately, to help minimize the spread of the virus.
We follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, World Health Organization, State and Local public health officials. Taking additional precautions to reduce the spreading of this virus and containment ensures that we have the correct level of resources and risk management devoted to your health and safety concerns.
Additional precautions include disinfecting:
- our counter tops and work surfaces
- doorknobs and handles
- phones and teller stations
- lobby pens
- ATM buttons and screens
- drive thru tubes
We know these precautions are not foolproof, but they are our best defense at this time. Please remember that you can always utilize our Online Banking and Mobile App services from the safety and comfort of your home!
We will continue to keep you informed as things progress and change, and we will adapt accordingly. We send everyone the best of wishes as we continue to navigate this situation.
It has been brought to our attention that there is a belief that financial institutions are closing doors to the public. We are open, we will remain open, and we have no intention of closing at this time. Please check back with us frequently, as we will post any important updates on our Facebook page or website.
To protect our members and employees, our lobbies will be closed effective Monday, March 23, until further notice.
Our Drive-Thru will remain open with normal hours, and we are committed to servicing all of your needs, just in a different way. Regular teller transactions and Shared Branching will be conducted with ID verification.
Staff will be in our office to process loan applications and new account openings and updates by appointment only.
Safe deposit box access will be granted, preferably with advance notice.
Transactions placed in our Night Depositories prior to 4:00 pm Monday-Friday will be processed on the same business day.
We will also meet your needs by telephone or by mail when possible.
Please continue to utilize our services such as ATMs, Online Banking, Mobile App, Mobile Check Deposit, Debit Cards, and Telephone Transfers.
We remain committed to our employees, members, and our communities throughout this pandemic and beyond.
Please contact us with any of your questions or to discuss how we may serve you.
It is with the guidelines from our Federal, State, and Local governments, as well as health agencies, and the safety of our members, employees, and Board of Directors, in mind that we have decided to reschedule our Annual Meeting from Thursday, April 9, to a date later this year. When there is a better handle of all things concerning COVID-19 and large-gathering restrictions are lifted, we will announce the new date.
